Bubbly Books is a boutique children’s book publisher known for producing children’s fiction that is fun for children to read, but also educational. It has cracked the code for capturing the attention of young readers while at the same time, making parents feel that books are worth paying for due to the learning content interspersed in the stories. Since it’s inception in 2011, it has produced four national best-selling authors – Gabby Tye, Elodie Kyra, Eliza Teoh and Nicole Choo. Three other authors – Jessica Alejandro, Andy Chua and Lynette Teo – have been nominated for the Hedwig Anuar Children’s Book Award. Bubbly Books specialises in Middle Grade Fiction with a small selection of Picture Books and Young Adult fiction. Many of its titles are recommended by the National Library Board and are on schools’ recommended reading lists.
